This new political culture must consider the most recent data and reflections on globalization, transnationality and glocalism. The challenge is not limited to knowing and understanding what society thinks \u2013 an entity like Globus et Locus must produce adequate policies. The goal is to help society interpret the challenges of the \u201cmeanings\u201d produced by new glocal and scientific perspectives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The activity of intellectual and scientific enrichment is developed by Globus et Locus mainly through, <em>Glocalism: Journal of Culture Politics and Innovation<\/em>. The aim of <em>Glocalism<\/em> is to elicit a grown consciousness of the new dynamics that define the glocal reality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Scientific Committee of Globus et Locus represents an interdisciplinary place for reflection on history and perspectives of glocal thought, in close relation to the scientific production of <em>Glocalism<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alongside the cultural activity promoted by this journal and within the framework of projects and research activities, Globus et Locus promotes meetings and seminars for in-depth analysis and a deepened understanding of the effects of globalization. These effects are considered not only in cultural, economic, institutional, and political terms, but ultimately allow us to understand how the power structure is generated by globalization on a
